Aphra's Oscar

Now Available in Keto 🥜

Aphra's Oscar is a delightful Persian butter cookie that brings pure joy to every bite 😋 A buttery, crumbly center rolled in toasted, mildly sweetened walnuts, pistachios, or almonds—this nutty Persian-inspired treat pairs beautifully with your favorite brew, especially a nutted brown ale 🍺

Our Keto version keeps all the flavor magic with almond flour, whey protein, and collagen. It's not quite a protein bar, but it's a fantastic low-carb twist on a beloved Persian classic. Pure butter, pure nuts, pure happiness ✨

Cheers!
