Our return policy is simple the majority of our products are food items so we can not accept returns for any food items for any reason. 
As for equipment we have a restocking fee of 5% & returning the product to CraftedFermentations will be the customers responsibility. 
If a product is damaged, needs an exchange etc. please contact and we will endeavor  to resolve the issue with each customer independently. 100%
